PRE to I-5 with CA, easy+

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I forgot my running shoes at home, so CA ran them here, then we ran together. Decided to push the distance a little bit. Ran slow-medium (like low 8s) all the way to I-5 bridge and back.

I felt SLUGGISH. Partly from not running, and partly from hitting the weights hard on Saturday! Yeesh!

Ran the big loop, then did x6 strides on the dirt road in the park - the usual spot. Felt a lot better after doing those.

We parted ways, then I ran to Oakway to lift again. Trying to really get back on top of weights right now.
