Comments:
Figured good cross training to give shin a day to rest. Also works for being an unloading week.
Treaded water for 15 minutes non-stop
Did a ton of laps
Did plyometric exercises in more shallow end
Actually got stuff accomplished
Got Sumanth knowing how to swim better-er.
