Run to the Rec Center

Comments:
Good rec center session. Ran through town first. With how surprised I was at my pace yesterday, I was just as surprised at how slow I felt today. Legs just felt like rocks, struggle to get into a good stride. It wasnt particularly cold, I was bundled up though. Just think it was one of those days. The break in the gym helped I bet a complete 5 miles would have been a tough slog today. Came back on the bike path and just kept it nice and easy, started to feel a little bit better right near the end.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Had to get that good stretch in. Legs still feel tired afterwards. All things considered had some long days and good mileage this week, probably why they feel tired. Semester is in full swing and I got a lot of great stuff to work on, so we just out here grindin now. Weather is holding up too, but I got to plan out training soon to see what races are coming up and how I can prepare for them.
