Weather: Slight breeze going west

Comments:
I missed the warm-up. We ran a timed interval 800, we went light on the turn and then sprint the straightaway. Tom and I decided to run the cemetary instead of the fields. We ran two at what felt like a pretty good pace. Then We both decided to run a field with Jimmy. They both wanted to do it really slow and I had to slow down. We then decided to do a 3 lap cooldown at a slow pace.
