Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Legs rested, so needed a run. Got home at a reasonable time and headed out. It felt like a late fall or early spring day today, shorts were perfect. Very confusing but I embraced it. Felt solid heading out on the trail, not too many people out. Saw a guy cross country roller skiing. I bet he was missing the snow. On the way back, started to cramp up. Pretty sure I ate enough beforehand, cramp was more from the fact I had to go to the bathroom I think. Struggled back a little disappointing. Made it in time though. I was cruzing pretty good so that was a bummer.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt need to scarf down food when I got back. Cramps felt a little better. Maybe I should cut back on dairy, or just eat a mini meal at like 3pm every day... IDK but it kinda sucks messing up a good run. Got a good stretch in though, at least legs feel good.
