Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Getting in this solid campus loop. Got to run in the daylight which was a nice change and refreshing. Still kinda on the warm side today. The mane is getting pretty gnar, was planning on being prepared for the cold weather and snow. Now I just look crazy... Legs felt stiffer and heavier today, but still felt like I had a solid pace. Hills felt great I powered right up them. Finished up at the gym. It was less crowded, so I fit in an extra mile on the track. Initially I got passed by a bunch of bros, but they blew their loads quick and slowed down after a few laps, so I spent the end trying to catch them. The rest of the time I spent critiquing peoples strides. Some embarrassing stuff out there... All the turning kinda sucked too started to get a blister on my toe.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a quick quick stretch, was debating how much more I wanted to do. Then I packed up and jogged back to the parking lot. The jog back legs felt much more solid. Kinda sore at the end of the day. Good timing today though stomach felt fine and I had enough energy to get through the run after an intense day.
