Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Woke up early again, but instead of studying, I went to Oakway to lift. Three sets:

- glutes (short-long, step-ups, etc)
- push-ups
- squat (105-115)
- abs
- lat pull downs
- bicep curls
- bent flys

Did a bit of elliptical for warm-up, but that's it.

Foot was sore in the AM, moreso after lifting.

Lunch: studied the shoulder (got a lot done).

PM: NO run tonight. The foot was sore, and sonofabitch, I'm just TIRED of it hurting. Fuck this shit. If I have to rest, I have to rest. So I'll rest even more.

Ate dinner, then CA and I studied more. Got a lot of studying done, probably 3+ hours worth.
