Comments:
Workout from last year's preseason cycle on the outdoor track: 4x200 @+7, 3min, 6x100 @+5, walkback recovery.

Was targeting about 33 on the 2's, little slow on the first one. Should have been looking for about 17 on the 1's but I was feeling pretty decent and wanted to be done being outside.

Jogged 1000 or so, then did 4x30 hard accels before getting moving.

Splits: 35.0, 32.4, 32.7, 32.0; 16.1, 16.6, 16.9, 16.9, (missed but felt similar to the prior two), 14.4
