Slept 12 hours last night; I felt pretty beat and just headed to bed early, like 9:20 or so. 1 scoop C4 Sport before this one.
3x10x30 Standing DB shoulder press
10x30, 4x5x45, 8x30, 5x30 DB curl
3x10eax55 DB lat raise/row
12x30, 3x6x45 behind head DB tri extension
3x10x55 bent over DB Row
RHR: 51
Left shoulder still felt off on the presses. Gonna cut that exercise out for the next lift and give it a chance to recover.
