Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ASPIRE in the morning followed by a little lab work. In the early afternoon I was just so tired. I knew a run would make me feel better I did not just want to lounge around for the rest of the day. Headed out with some sunlight, up to the rail trail, then over to the actual trails. They are cutting trees down behind campus so the trails are all messed up. I havnt been back there in a while. I stumbled over and got into a better rhythm once I got over the hill. Wasnt that cold out today but I felt like bundling up. Legs felt sore and heavy today, but I kept moving. ED Trail was nice havnt been on that in a while either. Lots of people out running. Finished up the hill feeling better then when I started.

Essentials: Stretch

Weak ass stretch ended up just watching TV. Legs feel heavy and tired mostly. Ankles a little sore too. I got a new headlamp today, a lighter one that seems more suited for running. Didnt need it today though, taking advantage of the natural sunlight. I thought with all the add ons the mileage would have been closer to 5, but I think its definitely less since my pace was pretty mild today. Who knows whats going on back in those trails.
