out indiana around summit back zig zag around kennel. this core torque is no joke, I had to slow myself after first mile cause it was like 6:30. the only downside was core torque was very ineffective on riverside hill. I think it's time to start working out the core and losing some fat. 160lbs. 42nd consecutive 20 mile week
