Comments:
Dang warm spell this weekend. Feels like a mix between spring up here and winter in North Carolina. Shorts were a must. It was kinda cold in our house so it was nice to get outside. Weird to think that last year this was the weekend that the massive snow storms started to hit. Felt good heading out to the gym through town. Shorts put a pep in my step I guess. Did a lift at the gym then came back on the bike path. Much slower feeling there. Knees a little tight at times but still felt comfortable.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Havnt rolled in a while and it was great to get that in. ITs actually feel pretty tight from it. Need to stretch them out a little more and get some hip action in.
