Not too crowded got in what I wanted. Felt real worked on the shoulders. Also they moved the step up boxes its kinda confusing now. Now they have these big black boxes to jump up on, but I feel like no one knows how to use them so no one will, and they will just be stacked up in a corner for a while... They are squishy so its hard to step up onto it. Workout was:

2 sets of:
DB Side Shoulder Raise x15 (15 lbs)
DB Shoulder Press x15 (15 lbs)
DB Front Shoulder Raise x15 (15 lbs)

3 sets of:
Box Step up x10 (25 lbs)

2 sets of:
Plank x1 min

Quads were starting to feel tight and spazzy on the planks so I only did 2. I wanted to be able to run back home ok. Felt fine once I got out on the roads.
