Comments:
The run was really cool. I ran into Steve Spence (Head Coach at Shippensburg) and he joined me for my run. I think it always makes the run easier when your running with someone new whose at or higher then your level of running. I felt great effort wise but my lower back/hip is hurting from the strength workouts I think. Next week will be my highest week of mileage and I think im just going to chill with the strength workouts and concentrate on running that way it will give me some room for my back to feel better. 10 miles tomorrow.
