Medium Tempo down MLK

Comments:
Ran down MLK for the tempo today. Felt pretty good considering my nose is pretty stuffed up. Legs tightened up at the end but streaching made that go away. Overall a pretty good workout. Felt a little tired for the 10 yesterday which is probably why I didn't feel as good as I did last Monday. Heart rate at the end was 160. Hopefully I'll have a good race tomorrow too. 2 mile warmup. 3 mile tempo. Mile to the track 4x400 meter accelerations ending with the last hundred pretty close to all out. Mile back to Veale
Static 3, Bear and 30 push-ups when we got back.
3x15 dips later.
