Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a speed workout on the indoor track at RWC with the track team. After a mile warm-up, we ran 2 sets of 200-400-400-200 and then did a partner relay of 5 x 300 where each of us ran 300 and the rest was the time it took your partner to run. (less than 60 seconds) I felt good until the 300's where I took the first one out too fast and felt like I was going to throw up. Easy cool down back at school. Felt good!
