Comments:
This was somewhat of a mixed day. My right achilles had been bothering me all day, so I had some question of how the tempo was going to go. I ran it mostly on the grass and my achilles was no worse by the end. Coach Lanese decided to have me cut my cooldown very short and skip the 300s. I saw the trainer and will probably run tomorrow and lose no more mileage than today's cooldown.
On the other hand, it was a very good day. My stomach felt much much better all day and continued to not feel at all nauseous during the tempo. My breathing was also much better than it has been and my heart rate was 180, slightly relaxed for a tempo.
