Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not too bad. 1 mile warm-up and drills. The pace was set for 6:20. Went out a bit fast at 6:15 and then crossed the 2 mile in 12:30, still a bit fast. I died off considerably after this (tight calves primarily) and finished at about 19:18 with a HR of 172. That's an improvement.
