300s Barton Workout

Comments:
The workout was easier than I expected, it was 3-4 sets of 3x300m. The first 300 was at tempo pace, second at xc, and third at 3k.
B, I seriously thought it was wednesday, so during my lunch period I stopped at your office like two or three times because I thought you were just in a meeting or something. I actually saw the paper on the door that says what days you come to work, but I was still really convinced that it was wednesday even as I read it. I didn't have anything urgent to talk about (or anything really) so it's not that important.
