micro-run + weights

Busy day today. Did a bit of study in the morning, but I had a teeth-cleaning at lunch, so rather than try to study, I jogged to the gym to lift.

I figured it's time to add "some" load to the foot, so I jogged the 0.25-mile to the gym, lifted, and jogged home. It felt good to run a it and "feel athletic". Foot seemed fine...but then was sore on and off the rest of the day.

SO frustrating. I CANNOT believe how GODDAMN LONG this foot is taking to get better:

- It began hurting on 12/18 (I SWEAR I had no symptoms in it before that day)
- I ran on it for TEN DAYS before stopping
- It never swelled, bruised or anything bad (e.g. true partial tear)
- It's been variably painful now - while resting - for FIVE WEEKS.

Bullshit.

Did not hunt - again - and reluctantly went to social at Dan-o's. It was OK. I'm just sick of it...
