Comments:
After doing all these lower leg and hurdle drills with the Princeton track camp, I went on a run with a high schooler from Maryland, Libby Bliss, and Tim Branigan. Went very easy and felt fine but I'll definitely feel the drills in my legs tomorrow. Both shins are hurting and I need to keep icing.
