Comments:
Felt like complete crap during this tempo run and had to split it into two cruise intervals. I'm guessing I'm just tired from work and the drills that I did with Dolan. Splits were: 2:37, 2:39, 2:40, 2:40, 2:40, rest for 90 seconds, 2:37, 81, 2:39, 2:38, 2:38. I guess I accidentally split my watch one lap early during the second interval so I didn't run the full 5 miles planned. Bottom line, I felt horrible, mainly due to the 90 degree weather and the extreme humidity, but the hurdle drills last night certainly did not help.
