Short Alton with Jake, pre-presentation

Busy day. Did a bit of studying, taking the cervical quiz. Did "OK" but made some dumb errors again. I shouldn't take these in the middle of the day...

The foot was OK in the afternoon, so before our presentation, Jake and I went for a quick 3-miler. I focused pretty well on "pelvis left", and whole foot. Lefty was a little sore at the end, which is not a good sign, but oh well.

Jake and I gave a strength exercise presentation at Run Hub, the new run shoe store in town. 25 people showed up, including FIVE local docs (I know 'em all, but still cool for them to show!). Had a really good time, and it was fun to collaborate with Jake. Good kid!

Social'd at the hunt with CA, who came to the talk. She likes when I do that stuff. :-)

Foot was moderately sore after the run, but not terribly. Still very focused on my trunk and pelvic alignment...and my back mobility is better (can nearly touch my toes - my normal).
