Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Can't remember when I ran, but I got out for a short run. REALLY hyper-focused on forcing the pelvis left. It creates a shockingly interesting foot result: just automatically whole-footed strike! But still, I notice how weak toes 2-5 are on my right foot.
Ran into Alton, then around near Callie's Truffle Shuffle route, then back. I was grinding a little bit, but felt OK. Chose not to lift because I was pretty darn sore in the glutes.
PM the foot was pretty sore, which is annoying. I guess I NEED to keep taping, because I'm simply on my foot too goddamn-much at work. Ugh.
