Weird day. CA had to go to Monmouth for a class day, so we were up EARLY (0600) to make breakfast and get her out by 7ish.

I milled around a bit, then reluctantly went to yoga. The foot was SORE this morning, which was SUPER-annoying. I almost didn't go, but it's a Lindsay class, and they're great, so I went.

And it WAS a great class - her poses and flows are amazing, and always great hip strength and balance!

After that, I came home, studied LEGIT for a few hours, then went to Allan Bros to work some more.

BUT...I got a little distracted. I went on the UO website and pre-emptively began an online job application. It took a while, because I had to input all my jobs (still have not put in coaching), which included my chemistry job from 2002-2006, then my PT and writing jobs, all with detailed job descriptions. It was a cool act - helped me understand how much SHIT I've done the past ten years.

Got a handful of other studying done, then when I heard CA was heading home, I went home, ran to the gym, lifted, and ran home.

My squat is getting stronger: now more legit 115lb (more ease). The glutes were ROCKED after this, plus yoga.

The run felt...pretty OK. Foot wasn't too sore. Sitting around all day helped, and I was mindful about "reciprocal inhibition" - working some DF exercises into the day, and DF while running. Stride felt good enough...but my back's been sore...

PM: dinner with CA, then hanging out, pretty sure. Watched some stuff, but didn't go out.
