Exercise Type: Run

Weather: pretty hot

we started off with a medium loop in the woods, then we ran back to bernon to do gauntlet stuff in the field. we split the team into 2 parts and 1 team did gauntlets, 2 sets of 3, whith 10 push ups sit ups leg lifts in between. the other half split themselves into 2, and one half did indian runs around the field while the other half did workout stations. there were 4 stations: ski jump foward to back, ski jump side to side, fence jump as high as you can, and 10 push ups 10 leg lifts. each station leasted 30 seconds, and when each person did each station, the yswitched with the indian running people. each half of the team did each "set" twice, so 2 sets of gauntlets and 2 sets of the otehr stuff. then we cooled down with 2 bernon nature loops, and just ran home. the running for gauntlet and indian runs is not included in the time, but the woods, nature loops, and run home are. mileage is estimate
