Comments:
Run on campus its been a while. At the end of the day, tired but still wanted to run. It was cold but not freezing out. I went without the head lamp and it was dark at times. Felt good worked into the pace as I warmed up and finished real strong through campus. Stomach was acting up a few parts but overall it was fine. When I finished at the rec center, added on a nice and easy mile on the track. Since its a long weekend for the kids, the gym was relatively empty.
Essentials: Stretch, hips
Solid stretching and hips felt really good. They felt sore but stronger afterwards. Legs just felt really good. Pretty tired though early mornings and lots of hours lately, but thats cause there is work to do! Just thankful I dont have a cume to take this weekend... Jogged back to the parking lot easy. Legs felt solid even then after stretching out. It was starting to get pretty cold then.
