today we just ran out for half an hour at a reasonable fast pace for that length, and then ran back about the same speed if not faster. we ran on the bikepath, so mileage is estimated, but i think pretty close. i felt pretty tired but i managed to haul it on the way there and pretty fast on the way back most of the way. i hit a major wall near the end of the bikepath close to home, and the hills slowed me a bunch, but im proud of what i did today, especially since i beat the pacer test in gym today and had 2.5 hours of sleep last night! not bad. but keep stretching, specially the hamstrings. running every day really gets them loose, so its easier to stretch, but you have to to keep your legs from dying.
