Comments:
Still feeling tired today after a lot of sleep last night. It was cold again, but not as cold as yesterday. Same feeling as last week, did not want to get out the door at all to go run, but somehow I did and did not regret it. Slow going out getting used to the temp, but the sun was pleasant. I dont think I was bundled up enough, I did feel pretty cold going out. Getting a stop over at the gym was welcomed. Solid lift then headed back home on the bike path. Pace was solid even though legs felt pretty heavy. The hill up the the path was tough though Ill admit.

Essentials: Stretch

Solid stretch, warmed back up easily. ITs a little tight and so were my shins. The ground feels really hard when its cold out. The 10 miler is in 2 weeks... no real way it would be a legit race but it would be fun to try and get some long mileage in. Hope it warms up by then though.
