Ran longer than I have in a month. Which is to say I ran 3 miles. Didn't hurt. At least knee-wise. Mr. Nealley with the pacing had it hurt more, but it wasn't strictly a bad thing. Just kind of tiring. Biking just doesn't get you in the same shape as actual running.
