Good day at work. Studied a bit in the AM, then worked 9-noon in the clinic (working the hip and trunk stuff with several runners, which is gold), then went to a gym visit on the NW side of town to round out the formal work day. THEN I did a gait analysis trade with Heather, who owns the yoga studio I attend. Gonna trade this (and a chat with her staff on injury prevention tips) for a 20-class pass ($220 value?). Solid.

Was done by 2:40. Skating was at 3, but it got really nice (or, not super windy and rainy), so I went for a run. Foot soreness was very minimal all day, so I went for it.

Ran the Deuce loop, then tacked on past EWEB. On the way home, Dustin (of RunHub) drove by and said he had my free Brooks shoes, so I ran past the store (2 blocks away) to pick those up, and ran 'em home (4 blocks) to round out the run!

NO symptoms with the foot, except some tape discomfort. Really focused on the hip shift. When I do it well, I feel BOTH glutes firing. Pace was generally fast, and hr was HIGH today! Ooops...
