Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Up early with CA, because SHE (not me, as intended) has chainsaw training this AM, while I'm going to sit home:
- with sore foot
- to study all day
After we breakfasted and she left at 7:30, I cleaned up a bunch, and went to work to print off more study notes.
Yoga at 9:15: good stuff with arm binds and hips. Major focus on "pelvis left" while on the right (WAY harder for right hip strength and knee control) and the left (harder for balance on left leg). Good class!
Post-class: home to clean up, then coffee and study!
