Another "spring" day. Actually spent a decent amount of it catching up on Borderlands, made it out a little bit late. Tried to keep pace to avoid the sunset. Felt pretty solid today, not as quick as yesterday though. It started to get a tad chilly as I was running, nothing compared to last weekend though. WTF what a turn around if you really think about it. After lifting took it easy home. Probably because by the time I got to the trail it was dark and I couldnt really see much.

Essentials: Stretch

Lazy stretch, I mainly wanted to see a recap of the Cavs game. Legs feel fine though built up on some solid mileage the past few days. This spring weather is reminding me of track time, especially spring break trips... Hard work always lead to good times on and off the track.
