noon weights

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
NO foot soreness or pain all morning! Ran 0.25mi to the gym and did:

5 sets of 5 reps:
- bar squat (95, 115, 125, 135, 135lb)
- pulls ups full
- sit ups (10) with 10lb plate on chest

Then I did 3 sets of:
- either ice skater hip or all 4's hip abduction
- bent row

No foot soreness. Ran back to work and stretched and iced over lunch
