Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Up early again to make CA breakfast, then I WORKED all morning, alternating between:
- studying (big articles on the knee)
- working (gait analyses, coaching)
Around 2ish, I figured I'd go lift, before CA cam e home to run. Got in a solid lift:
4 sets of 5 reps:
- squat (up to 135 on the final 2 sets)
- bicep curls (25-30lb bells x2)
- step up with band in hand
- reverse fly
Then 4 sets of 10:
- box jumps (24"?)
- sit-ups (with 12lb dumbbell)
Then went home, called mom, and studied more.
