Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
5K at New Englands. I feel a bit burned out. Can't keep my form together after 3K. Spoke with John and he hypothesized that my mileage may be too low. This, coupled with my shorter LR and lack of doubles, may be contributing to my lack of aerobic base. Time to take a break and then bump up the miles.

Oh and I didn't have a shoe for 4K of my 5K. I got spiked and it came off. Damn my foot hurts.
