Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Deceptively cold today but nice and sunny. Felt good to get out and go. Legs sore overall, feet felt especially tight and weak. I tried to go on the AC trails first, but they destroyed the whole woods basically. I think they are replanting and redoing the trails. Eitherway it was just a mud pit so I bushwhacked my way through so I could at least get back on campus. From there just went down the path and came back along the ED trail which was also pretty muddy. Took pace easy, trying to stretch out and loosen my legs. They didnt feel great today, maybe because it was cold. I want them to feel fresh for tomorrow. Need to stretch out a little more.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
After putting air back in my bike tires, did a little stretch and rolling. Legs feel much better. Feet still tight and same with lower legs in the shins. They feel strong enough to go 10 though. The mild gym routine seems to help me feel at least a little bit stronger. Weather is supposed to be amazing tomorrow too.
