Comments:
Studied over lunch, but not much. Ate, then had a long chat with Ted (one year of coaching!), then studied.
Mid-day, I jogged over to Oakway for a shallow water pool session with one of my young HS kid ACL patients. It was a legit good session for me:
- shallow quick mini-laps
- forward and backward bounding
- jumping in place
- backwards quick feet
- pawback running
Did that for a good half-hour.
PM: studied more... The foot was fairly sore. Not terrible, but not great.
