Weather: pretty hot

Comments:
we did 800's today at the track, 6 intervals. me and danny p stayed together, and our goal was to do a 90 second first lap and then around 80 for the second. we accomplished that goal and even did a bit better most every time, although the first time we had to get adjusted to speeding up so much for the second lap. we hovered around 2:46 or 2:47 each interval. the time and mileage is a guesstimate for the warmup and the run back to mount(the long way) because i couldnt just add on the time to my watch. stretch!
