Getting back into it today in lab. Last night my hip flexors were feeling so tight I could barely walk. It was painful to go to bed. Woke up feeling a better but still feeling tight in shins and hips. Had a longer day anyways and decided to stretch it out and walk home. It was pretty legit went through town, nice and easy. Feeling a little better when I got home, but realistically a run is the best way to shake thing out.
