Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First run back. My calves are on fire. Oh dear Lord I hope they feel better tomorrow. Did a Big C, ran down the bike path 1 mile and then back up, and then did a mile on the field hockey field. Finished with some plank to pushup cutdowns.
