Just getting some legs back into it. Really looking forward to a run today. Felt tired and had a headache in the afternoon. Got a little break today heading into town to go vote though. It was chilly enough today, right on the border of warm clothes. I decided to wear a little less. It worked out. Actually felt pretty solid today and held a nice pace. Hips not tight anymore and my shins were good. Made it back just as it was getting pretty dark.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll. Legs feeling sore but comfortably worked. Nice little shake out but I could tell this was short mileage.
