With Bobby, Quinn, and Paul Z., 15 min warmup(HR 131), 13*1:30 hard/1:00 off(HR 150), 13 min cooldown(HR 131), peak HR 161, tunes provided by the track team who was also doing a bike workout, first workout with my new orthotics, didn't really notice a difference biking, legs a little dead, fairly good workout still, 32 Ibis on the grass with some others, stretch, 10 buddies
