Comments:
Dang needed a run today again. Havnt run on Wednesday in a while. It was sunny but pretty cold out overall. I bundled up. Ran up to Cumbies first then came back through Brickyard. Thats a solid summertime route, but in the dark after it rained, not so much. It was wet and muddy back there. Shoes got soaked and it slowed me down a bit. Made it through before it got too dark. Actually felt decent today and kept the pace when I could. ITs were really tight walking around this morning but felt fine running.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling tighter after stretching. Still felt good to get the mileage up a little after yesterday. Felt comfortable. I was thinking today the GTX would have come in very very handy. Surprised my feet didnt freeze.
