Weather: high 50s, dry and gray
Comments:
Another good day: minimal soreness in the AM, then noon run. The HR was pretty high again (allergies), but I tried to keep it below 140.
Again, major focus on that "winding up" idea of:
- R foot in
- R knee OUT
- push straight back with pelvis LEFT
- R arm (scapula) down and forward
- L arm (scapula) down and back
You feel this more powerful "screw home" push off. It almost feels like I'm constantly "turning right", a little bit. Felt pretty good.
Next to zero soreness in the foot, including after about 6 strides intermittent over the final mile.
PM: very mild soreness for the rest of the work day. Got some studying done, but was REALY tired. Did not sleep well the past two nights. Got to bed early...and thankfully got decent sleep.
