Comments:
About 2 mile warm-up. Did 11 of the hill loops we did last week, but with skips on the longer hill. I felt real good and was able to keep up with the main pack through about 8, at which I hung back to give John Frye someone to run the hills with. Easily one of the best workouts I've had this season. Now I just have to keep it up. 2 mile cool-down.
