Veale up North Park to South Park to Shaker (at Warrensville Center), up Shaker to Green and back same way (with Ben), Veale up North Park to Coventry and back (alone) -

We went rather slow, bordering on "too slow", though Coach might appreciate the fact that I think it was "too slow", so maybe that's a good thing. I felt pretty good for the most part in terms of my usual issues: no nausea, no achilles problems, no knee problems, breathing OK (still not great, though slow runs don't mean much on this). However, I was seriously dehydrated by the end and just wanted water. In hindsight, 7:44 is in my pace range for long runs, so it's ok.
