Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solid run in the afternoon. Not sure how far I wanted to go but I just started out. Started by heading to the trails on Giles. Throwback it was nice out there and there were a lot of people out there. Havnt been back in the trails in a while. It felt like spring time too, when outdoor track starts back up and we can finally start training and running all of our old routes that were covered in snow all winter. THe hills were rough but I got up them ok. Actually kept going up Giles past Belle Sherman and into campus. There were a lot of people around campus it was exciting, including some ragers at the frat houses. Came winding down and back along Cascadilla Park Rd, then back home down Albany. Kept plugging along, legs didn't feel amazing by any standards but it was great weather and good routes. Also a lot more to look at than my usual runs.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Ok stretch and roll. Didn't feel like my legs got worked out completely, they still feel tight. Also feeling slightly dehydrated since I didn't really drink from the water bottle all that much today. Glad I got out and got in the miles because right before leaving I was chilling on the couch watching basketball, and at that time thats pretty much all I wanted to do.
