Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
3 sets through the list:
Clean x10 with 75lbs (Started with half my body weight to see how it went. Definitly a good weight right now)
Squat to Jerk x10 with 75lbs (Again half body weight. The squats wern't too bad but jerking up was pretty tough. Good weight)
Push-ups x10 (Nice and easy although I felt the burn as the workout moved on)
Pullups x10 (Supposed to be 10 a set. I could only get 6 then 4 then 3. I definitly need to work on those)
DB Arm Runs x20ea with 12lbs (Good weight was feeling it at the end)
Bench Dips x15 (The standard felt pretty easy although like the push-ups I felt them by the end)
General notes: I probably took too much time between sets. So next time I'll try to cut that down. And this workout really wiped me. I'll probably be sore tomorrow. Oh well its early season thats how its supposed to be especially if this helps with the speed in track and pushing through that last mile at the end of the season.
