Comments:
Again tired before heading out in the afternoon. I got in a solid nap right before and it took a while to get my legs moving efficiently. Nice weather a little bit cooler than yesterday. The streets were active and it was nice around town. Actually looped around the high school up to the track rather than cut along the back side. On the way back legs started to feel pretty heavy and tired. The hills yesterday must have done some work on them for sure.
Essentials: Stretch
Solid stretch but legs still feeling tired. Cant do much to really loosen them out right now. Feels like leg swings and striders might be the best thing.
